1. Author's duties
Authorship: Only individuals who have contributed significantly to the research have authorship rights on the article.
Criteria for article manuscripts: Authors/Authors need to provide article manuscripts to the Journal with research results that have never been published/published in any publication/information site. The Author/Authors should also objectively present the importance of the research paper.
Manuscript originality, plagiarism and source confirmation: The Author/Authors need to ensure the originality of the article before submitting it to the Journal. If the author uses documents or quotes from other scientists, the author needs to cite, cite the source or ask permission to use that document in research.
Access and storage of documents: Data, references and other information in the research paper must be presented accurately and completely so that the research can be replicated. If there is fraud or intentional inaccurate statements in the article, the author/authors are considered to be unethical. The Author/Authors should provide research supporting data for the editorial process and make public access to that data available. Data in articles should be retained for a reasonable period of time after publication.
Multiple publications: The Author/Authors must not publish manuscripts with the same research content in more than one journal or publication.
Conflict of interest declaration: In the manuscript, all authors should disclose personal relationships and financial resources with other individuals or organizations that have the potential to inappropriately influence the research project. The Author/Authors should specifically list sources of financial support for conducting research and/or completing the article. If the funding source does not have any relevance, the author/authors also need to clearly declare it in the article. Authors should disclose potential conflicts of interest related to the article as soon as possible.
Notification of errors in published publications: When the author/authors discover errors in a published article, they must immediately notify the Journal's Editorial Board to withdraw the article or correct the errors. specific content in the article if the Editorial Board finds it necessary. If the Editorial Board and the Journal receive notice from a third party about an error in the publication, the author/authors are responsible for promptly cooperating with the Editorial Board, including providing full documentation. attest to the Editorial Board when requested.
2. Duties of expert reviewers
Contribution to editorial decisions: The task of scientists - expert reviewers is to support the Journal Editorial Board in making decisions during the editorial process and through specific comments on research, thereby Support the author/authors and the Journal to improve article quality. When a reviewer invited by the Journal finds that he or she does not meet the qualifications and standards to review the submitted research or knows that doing the review will not be feasible, he or she must inform the reviewer. Immediately notify the Editorial Board and send a letter refusing the invitation to participate in the Journal's review process.
Confidentiality: Any manuscript undergoing the Journal's review process is considered confidential. Reviewers are not allowed to share all reviews or information about the article with anyone or contact the author directly without the consent of the Editorial Board. Reviewers are not allowed to use research documents/results in the article manuscript without the consent of the author/authors.
Ethical warning: Reviewers should be aware of potential conflicts of interest related to the article and promptly notify the Editorial Board, including any similarities. and significant overlap between the manuscripts under review and published articles known to the reviewers.
Standards of objectivity: Reviewing work should be done objectively without any personal bias in the manuscript review process. It is considered inappropriate to criticize the individual author/authors submitting the manuscript. If the reviewer suggests that the author include a citation of his (or his collaborator's) research in the article, it is for legitimate scientific reasons, not for the purpose of increasing the number of citations to the research article or improving the quality of the article. 3. Duties of the Editorial Board
Publishing decision: The Editorial Board of the Journal is fully responsible and independent for the decision to publish and publish articles submitted to the Journal. All members of the Editorial Board must comply with the Journal's policies and be bound by other legal regulations.
