03. Design and construction of automatic system for monitoring horizontal displacements of hydraulic structures by automatic electronic total station

Abstract

With the constant impact of external factors such as floods, earthquakes, deterioration in the quality of structures, periodic monitoring of deformations does not meet the requirement of immediate warning of movement. The article presents the design and construction of automatic system for monitoring horizontal displacements for hydroelectric dams at Hoa Binh hydropower plant. The solution to design an automatic monitoring system by automatic total stations from many different stations and the estimated results showed that it can be completely applied to production, contribute to expanding the application of automation to monitor the horizontal movement of the building in real time.
