02. NGHIÊN CỨU XỬ LÝ ĐỒNG THỜI KHÁNG SINH CIPROFLOXACIN VÀ LEVOFLOXACIN TRONG MÔI TRƯỜNG NƯỚC BẰNG VẬT LIỆU BISMUTH OXIDIDE - BiOI
Giới thiệu
Sử dụng vật liệu BiOI để loại bỏ đồng thời hai chất kháng sinh ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin trong môi trường nước đã được nghiên cứu. Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng quang xúc tác của BiOI như lượng chất xúc tác BiOI (0,2 - 1,5 g/L), nồng độ kháng sinh ban đầu (1 - 5 mg/L), nhiệt độ phản ứng (25 - 50°C) đã được thực hiện. Bên cạnh đó, độ ổn định của chất xúc tác BiOI trong quá trình xử lý ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin cũng được nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy, vật liệu BiOI có khả năng loại bỏ ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin trong điều kiện chiếu xạ ánh sáng vùng khả kiến. Với các điều kiện tối ưu như lượng chất xúc tác BiOI là 1 g/L; nồng độ kháng sinh ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin ban đầu là 1,5 mg/L; nhiệt độ phản ứng là 25 oC; thời gian phản ứng là 60 phút, hiệu suất xử lý kháng sinh ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin đạt tới 98,7 % và 99,1 %. Ngoài ra, sau 6 lần tái sử dụng, hiệu quả xử lý của BiOI đối với 2 chất kháng sinh ciprofloxacin và levofloxacin vẫn đạt tới 98 % và 98,5 %. Vì vậy, vật liệu BiOI có thể ứng dụng trong xử lý dư lượng kháng sinh trong môi trường nước ở điều kiện ánh sáng vùng khả kiến.
